Plashlink LLC is a limited liability company registered in Texas, USA. We operate as an independent digital studio offering web development, custom applications and professional photography services.
2. Use of the site
The site is provided "as is" for browsing. You agree not to:

- Use the site to send illegal, offensive content or unsolicited advertising.
- Copy content (text, photos, code) without written permission.

3. Services and engagement
The services we offer (web, apps, photography) are contracted via a specific written proposal and contract signed with each client. These Terms only govern the use of the website; deliverables, timelines, prices and conditions for each project are agreed separately.
Initial written inquiries (email or message) are free with no obligation. They do not constitute project acceptance.
4. Intellectual property
All content on plashlink.com — including text, photographs, source code, designs, brand and logos — is the property of Plashlink LLC or its original authors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Photographs shown in the photography section are the work of Reinier Lop and are published as portfolio. They may not be reused without written authorization.
Client trademarks and logos shown in the work section are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission for illustrative purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
The content of the site is provided for informational purposes. We do not warrant that it is error-free, nor that results shown in past projects are replicable in future projects. The performance of a website depends on many factors outside the studio's control (market, competition, client budget, product quality).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plashlink LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.
6. Links to third-party sites
Project cards link to client sites operated by third parties. Plashlink does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
7. Indemnification
If you use the site or any service in a way that causes a claim or harm to a third party, you agree to indemnify Plashlink LLC for any reasonable cost arising from that misuse.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
