This policy explains what data Plashlink LLC ("Plashlink", "we") collects when you visit plashlink.com or contact us for services, and how we use it. Our principle: we only collect the minimum needed to reply to you and operate the business.

1. Who we are

Plashlink LLC is a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States. We operate as a digital studio offering web development, applications and professional photography services.

2. What data we collect

When you use our contact form or write to us directly, we receive:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • The content of the message you send.

The site does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics tools. If we add analytics in the future, it will be a privacy-respecting service (e.g. Plausible) and we'll note it here.

3. How we use it

We use this data exclusively to:

  • Reply to your inquiry.
  • Keep a conversation with you about the project.
  • If we work together, manage the business relationship (contracts, invoicing, support).

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

To run this site and the contact services, we use the following providers:

  • Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Their policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides CDN/DDoS protection. Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Email provider — we use a corporate mailbox in Google Workspace to reply to you.

These providers may store data on servers outside your country. We only share what is strictly necessary for each tool to function.

5. How long we keep your data

Messages received through the form stay in our email for the duration of the conversation plus up to 2 years of archive. If we work together, contractual data (invoices, contracts) is kept as required by Texas tax law (~7 years).

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Object to processing.
  • Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.

Email us at sales@plashlink.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, encrypted-at-rest hosting and providers with standard industry practices. Still, no system is 100% impenetrable. If we detect an incident affecting your data, we'll notify you.

8. Minors

This site is not targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be announced by email to people with active conversations with us.
