Restaurants
A full menu with sizes and add-ons, hours by day and pickup. The ticket prints on your printer and the kitchen never touches a screen.

For restaurants, taquerías and food trucks in Austin
Ordering, a counter kiosk, and tickets that print by themselves in your kitchen. And if something breaks on a Saturday night, we find out before you do.
I'd like to start nowA full menu with sizes and add-ons, hours by day and pickup. The ticket prints on your printer and the kitchen never touches a screen.
No new register and no computer. A tablet, your receipt printer, and that's it. The menu goes up in Spanish and English.
A sign with a code at the window: the customer orders from their phone, pays, and you call their number. Open and close from your phone.
We put a button on the site you already have, whatever it is, and the menu opens on top of it. The customer never leaves and downloads nothing, and the customer list is yours.
A tablet where the customer orders on their own, in their language. They pay by scanning a code with their phone, or at the window. Their number shows on screen and on the paper.
The ticket prints the moment they pay, on the receipt printer you already have. The tablet rings even with the screen off, and if it restarts, it starts ringing again by itself.
If the printer goes quiet during opening hours, or a paid order comes in and no ticket comes out, we get an alert. First a text; if nobody answers, the phone rings.
Every order with its breakdown: total, tax, our commission and what is left for you. No adding up by hand and no surprises at month end.
The customer enters their address, the system checks it falls inside your zone and adds the delivery fee to the total, with its tax. You decide how far you deliver and what you charge for each zone.
What an Austin food truck usually has today, and how this is different.
A photo of the menu, or the link where you already sell. We put it up with prices, sizes and add-ons, in both languages, and show you the total so you can check it dish by dish.
We connect your printer and place test orders. Your store doesn't go live until a ticket actually comes out: configured is not the same as working.
Every paid order is accepted and printed right away. Nobody has to watch a screen.
No setup fee and no monthly fee. We take a commission on the food — never on tax and never on tips — agreed with each business and shown as its own line in your panel: what is yours and what is ours, on every order.
The ordering system is what we get asked for most, but it isn't all we do. We're a studio: if the business needs a brand, a site or photography, it comes from right here and everything matches.
Photography and websites for Austin businesses, shot and built by us. Not one stock image.
Almost certainly not. An ordinary receipt printer works — the kind you probably already have. If you don't have one, we tell you which to buy and we set it up.
The alarm comes to us. If the printer stops answering or a paid order is left without a ticket, we see it before you do: first a text, and if nobody answers, a call.
Yes. We don't ask for exclusivity. Most places put ours on their site, their Facebook and their window, which is where it pays off most for them.
The customer pays by card when ordering and the payment lands in Plashlink's account. We settle your share, and your panel shows every order with its breakdown: total, tax, our commission and what is left for you.
No. Each restaurant sells on its own site, with its own name and brand. This is the page of the team that builds it.
